Opis stanowiska podany przez pracodawcę:
Type of contract: Initially on a B2B basis which can reviewed after the probation period.
- Extensive calendar management, coordinating schedules, internal and external calls and meetings;
- Business assistance including formatting and working on documents, spreadsheets and presentations;
- General duties including settlement of business expenses.
Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Fluent written and verbal English is a must;
- +/- 10 years of professional experience on similar position.
- Excellent organisational skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask;
- Ability to work independently, effectively under pressure;
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills with a positive helpful attitude;
- Accuracy and attention to detail whilst working to meet strict deadlines;
- Complete understanding of confidentiality issues and use of discretion;
- Reliable, trustworthy and respected.
