Logistics / Purchasing Planner

Opis stanowiska podany przez pracodawcę:

Primary Duties

• Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods to the customers.
• Maintain and control delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery.
• Track and report on shipment status and delivery performance and reflect updated data in the system.
• Monitor and regularly check the Supplier`s performance and inform the relevant department in case of any issues.
• Communication with internal team members (Logistics Department in China, USA) to ensure that all logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Program Management, Customer Care, to meet customer needs and optimize logistics processes.
• Preparation of shipment status reports for customers.

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

• 1-3 years experience working as a Logistics planner
• A relevant degree or qualification in Supply Chain & Logistics is preferred
• In-depth supply chain understanding.
• High level proficiency in using Excel to transform and model data.
• Strong written communication skills for creating clear process documents, reports, analysis, and presentations.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Good spoken and written English (min B2)
