Project outline and responsibilities:
1. IT program and project management with a focus on scope, budget, schedule, risk and resource management.
2. Manage, the specifics of IT solutions in collaboration with all project stakeholders.
3. Act as a partner to the IT vendor in the context of programs and projects.
4. Continuously monitor and manage risks in assigned projects, including risk mitigation.
5. Actively improve project management methodologies. Ensure effective communication with all project stakeholders (internal (local/global)/external).
6. Actively participate in the project initiation process by conducting the initial analysis (with TAM input), describing the IT architecture (with Solution Architect input), estimating costs and conducting the Business Case description, deciding on the methodology in which the project will be conducted (Agile vs. Waterfall).

7. management of entire programs (as collections of related projects)
   a. Advising on the composition of the program and dividing the scope of the program into projects
   b. Controlling and reporting to PM on topics:
   c. IT project budget: available, ordered, spent
   d.schedule: including schedule details agreed with IT vendor
   e.Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule for IT planning purposes
   f.Planning IT resources for future tasks and ensuring their capacity
   g. Acting as the owner of a specific part of the planning backlog on the IT side, monitoring new initiatives, advising the Business Development Department on the best course of action
  h.Supporting the Business Development Department representatives in the discussion of new initiatives in their functional area
  i.Participate in the quarterly planning process

8. support in the development of IT solutions
   a. In the context of the program and project - leading the architecture design process with the Solution Architect
   b. Contribute to the decision on the choice of infrastructure - cloud vs. on-premise
   c. Ensuring security and compliance approval for the designed IT architecture
   d. Implement any required changes to the program and project schedule, and manage risks if design compromises need to be made
   e. Lead and participate in the development of Solution Design best practices for newly developed IT architecture areas

9. IT vendor management
   a. Act as a single point of contact for IT Supplier(s) in the context of programs, projects and overall functional area; proactively challenging the Supplier when required,
   b. Ensure an organized flow of information between the Contractor and the Supplier(s).
   c. Manage Supplier-related risks, mitigating and escalating as necessary
   d. Advise the Vendor39s Business and Management on the Vendor relationship development plan, potential new Vendors, and actively participate in the Vendor selection process.

10. Risk and Problem Management. In the context of the program and project, check:
    a. the log of risks and issues is managed and regularly updated
    b. risks and issues are classified according to their priority
    c. creation of mitigation and remediation plans for risks and issues of high criticality.
    d. Acting as the owner of program and project risks and issues on the IT side
    e. Engaging management on risks and issues that require additional attention
    f. Support other IT project managers and other IT staff in proactively managing and mitigating/resolving risks/issues

11. active improvement of project management methodology
   a. Acting as an expert in one or more areas - both internally in IT and externally
   b. Sharing knowledge from one39s own field in an organized manner

12. other:
    a. Establishing and maintaining key relationships with senior stakeholders (department heads)
    b. Leverage relationships with Department Directors to steer and guide the creation of new initiatives in line with IT and Business Strategy
    c. Support the Business Strategy definition process by providing information on IT capabilities in their area of expertise
    d. Acting as an internal IT consultant to the business
    e. Performing other tasks in the broad area of IT project management, as agreed with the supervisor.

13. The detailed scope of projects/programs in which the Specialist participates will be sent on a quarterly basis and is derived from quarterly planning.

1. higher technical education
2. experience in leading IT projects
3. knowledge of the specific tasks arising from building IT infrastructure.
4. knowledge of English at an advanced level (C1 or higher)
5. experience in IT - a minimum of 5 years in the position of IT Project Manager

Additional professional qualifications:
1. certification in project management (e.g. Prince2, PMP or equivalent)
2. ITIL (Foundation level) - recommended
3. knowledge of MS Office and Atlassian Toolbox packages.
