IT Project Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. This role will involve overseeing large-scale projects, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring project delivery meets the highest standards.

• Manage overall planning, control, and delivery of complex projects to ensure on-time, on-budget, and within scope execution;
• Collaborate with stakeholders, obtain feedback at critical milestones to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Handle project scope changes, ensuring adherence to agreed acceptance criteria;
• Control resources, revenue, and capital costs in line with project budgets;
• Lead quality reviews, manage project teams, and ensure continuous performance improvements;
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards;
• Drive the resolution of issues and conflicts, ensuring benefit realization.

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

• 3+ years of experience in project/program management (logistics experience preferred);
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., DHL DePICT, PMI, Prince 2);
• Ability to lead cross-country, multicultural teams and manage large budgets;
• University degree and professional certifications are desirable.;
• IT implementation experience.
