For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
AI Platform Engineer
Location: remoteBranch: project in Media sectorJob type: B2B (with Hays Poland)Length: long-term cooperation, first contract for 6 monthsRate: 170 - 185 PLN/h net on B2B Start date: ASAPWorking hours: business hoursRemote work: 100% remote, occasional travelling is possibleMethodology: Scrum

Tech stack:AWS, Kafka, Python (FastAPI), SQL, Docker, Spark
Project:Project for a large client from the IT / Media sector
What will you do:

• Maintain and extend recommendation back-end
• Design, develop, run and evaluate online AB-tests to improve the quality of recommenders
• Support operational excellence through practices like code review and pair programming
• actively monitoring different applications and their infrastructure as well as intervening to solve operational problems whenever they arise
• Keep up with developments in the wide field of Recommendations and Machine Learning

What we expect from you:

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience connected to AI 
• Working knowledge of Python, AWS, Kafka, FAST API, SQL, Docker, Spark
• Very good command of spoken and written English (min. B2)

What would be a plus:

• Higher education in the field of computer science, mathematics or related
• Knowledge of vector databases, collaborative filtering/recommendation systems
