Job Tasks:

• First point finding solutions for time-critical transport relations and transport relations with performance issues together with the transport service providers and interface partners (supplier, material management, plant logistics and transport planners)
• Grasping complex issues and incorporate solution approaches and are able to define processes that are generally valid for your colleagues
• Recording and coordinating tasks within the teams and keeping an eye on the progress of processing with the affected colleagues
• Communicating with management as well as external partners, across locations, is easy for you
• Identifying weaknesses in processes and systems to drive optimizations on behalf of the entire team
• Designing of innovative solutions and systems
• Making the performance of transport service providers transparent through transport data obtained as well as case-specific individual analysis and will develop them through regular coordination

Requirements:

• Several years of professional experience in transport and procurement logistics, preferably in corporate structures
• Completed a degree with a relevance to Supply Chain Management
• Ability to presenting facts in a simple way and demanding communication
• Fluent in English (C1-level) and at least intermediate knowledge in German (min. B1-level)
• Ability to working in a team
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products
• Knowledge of PowerBI/SAP analytics is advantageous
• Readiness for business trips
