Customer Service with German

We are looking for Customer Service Champions with German language skills, ready to take on new challenges!
Location: Kraków

Responsibilities:

• Supporting customers through various channels (incoming calls and messages)
• Analysing and resolving customer enquiries
• Providing information related to administrative and technical aspects (products, invoices, etc.)
• Making changes in the system
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure comprehensive customer service

Requirements:

• Proficiency in German at a minimum C1 level
• Basic knowledge of English
• Customer-oriented attitude and good organisational and communication skills
• Familiarity with Office programs
• Willingness to work in a shift system (8:00-16:00 and 14:00-22:00) 5 days a week, from Monday to Sunday
