• Handling inbound calls – 60%/chats – 40% (Swedish market)
• Handling telephone applications from technicians and installers of photovoltaic devices
• Diagnosing and resolving reports
• Control of appropriate technical solutions
• Collaborate with other levels of technical support and service engineers
• Entering data into the system

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

• Swedish – C1, Polish or English - C1
• Technical mindset
• Critical thinking disposition
• Possibility to relocate to Lublin
