Senior Financial Controller

For our client, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for a Financial Controller.
Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the budgeting process and monitor its execution, including analysis of variances.
• Monitor and control production costs, analyse efficiency indicators.
• Calculate the technical cost of product manufacturing.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and forecasts for the management board.
• Conduct profitability analyses of projects, products, and company departments.
• Optimise financial and control processes within the enterprise.
• Support audit processes and collaborate with external institutions (auditors, banks).
• Control and analyse cash flows.
• Identify financial risks and develop recommendations to minimise them.
• Implement and monitor compliance with accounting and controlling policies.

Requirements:

• Higher education in finance, economics, or accounting.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a manufacturing company.
• Excellent knowledge of financial, accounting, and tax regulations.
• Very good knowledge of analytical tools and financial programs (e.g., Excel, ERP).
• Proficiency in English at a communicative level (minimum B2).
• Ability to work under pressure and in a dynamically changing environment.
• Analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into specific operational actions.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to work in a team.
