For our client we are currently looking for candidates for the position of:System EngineerWe have several positions open with different seniority - for candidates from 3 years to 10+ years of experience 

• Location:remote work
• Form:B2B contract via Hays
• Rate:110-156 pln/h net + vat (depends on experience and project)
• Team: International projects with communication in English

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Engineer.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Knowledge of engineering tools and project methodologies.
• Experience in full project lifecycles within the automotive or similar industry.
• Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong team-oriented mindset, analytical approach to problem-solving, and commitment.
• Familiarity with ISO 26262 and functional safety processes (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of micro-controllers, electronic measurements, ADAS, ECU, cameras, and radars (preferred).

Responsibilities:

• Create technical documentation in accordance with automotive industry standards.
• Analyze customer requirements and technical specifications, defining product functionality.
• Collaborate with technical teams (SYS, SW, HW, ME) in designing and developing system concepts.
• Support troubleshooting activities and provide mentorship to the team.
• Execute tasks in compliance with quality standards and schedules.
• Analyzes and structures system capabilities and features based on the system requirements.
• Aligns system architecture with the stakeholders.
• Allocates system requirements of any given product release to physical and logical architecture elements.
• Definition of logical and physical product system architecture and actively driving integration.
• Explore technical innovations available on the market and their application in projects.
• Contribute to the development of functional safety concepts and risk analysis.
• Ensure confidentiality of company information and intellectual property.
• Continuously develop professional qualifications through trainings and self-improvement.
