For our client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:
Senior Test Automation Engineer

Location: Hybrid (3 days from Cracow office)
Job type: B2B via Hays Poland
Rate: 120-160 zł/h+vat
Length: 12 months
Start date: 13.11.2024

We’re looking specialist to:
•Define test strategy and execution for automated cloud native microservice based solutions delivering breakthrough efficiency and quality gains for over 6000 mobility product engineers located across the globe.
•Design, implement, and execute performance and load testing strategies for cloud-native microservices used in building next generation Autonomous driving solutions for some of biggest car manufacturers in the world.
•Collaborate with developers, architects, and operations teams to understand performance requirements and ensure test coverage.
•Develop test plans, scripts, and tools to simulate heavy traffic, complex transactions, and high-demand use cases.
•Analyze performance metrics, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for improvements in system performance and scalability.
•Create Quality Test Results Report for completed executions and advise senior management on quality trends
Project:
Our client has selected Wind River Cloud Studio as its development platform for its Active Safety and User Experience Automotive Products. Global Software Services will be the service management partner for Wind River Studio. Service Delivery for Cloud-Native Product Engineering Tools for over 6000 software engineers located in EU and US.
Product information:
Wind River Studio is a comprehensive cloud-native platform for the development, deployment, and operation of intelligent systems. It offers a suite of tools and services designed to streamline the entire lifecycle of embedded and IoT device development, including device software, edge computing, and cloud connectivity.
Team:
International working environment, Manager located in the UK.

What we expect from you:
•At least 7 years’ experience in a test automation role with at least 3 years in non-functional testing i.e. performance, load, backup/recovery, disaster recovery
•Expert knowledge in UI and API testing methods and tooling.
•Expertise in testing methodologies, test case development, and test automation is essential
•Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python, Perl JavaScript is a must. Knowledge of automation frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, RestAssured is also required.
•Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies
•Excellent English, Organization and Presentation skills
•Good knowledge of Agile development process
•Computer Science or IT degree
•Understanding of IT project management procedures
