Opis stanowiska podany przez pracodawcę:
- As a Financial Officer in our international trading house, you will be responsible for managing and processing financial data crucial to our daily operations. You will ensure accurate bookkeeping in accordance with both international and Polish accounting standards and play an active role in financial reporting and analysis.
- Prepare and process daily accounting transactions following international and Polish accounting rules.
- Support the month-end closing process and the preparation of financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and legislation.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.
- Optimize financial processes to improve efficiency within the department.
- Maintain internal control procedures to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a financial role, preferably in an international setting.
- Thorough knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and Polish accounting regulations.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Knowledge of a second foreign language (e.g., German, French, or Spanish) is a plus.
- Experience with financial software, preferably Oracle Netsuite.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
