We are currently looking for a Salesforce Architect, in Poland remotely.

As a Salesforce Architect you will join Federal Express Corporation (FedEx Express) - the world39s largest express transportation company. FedEx Express39 global transportation network ensures fast, reliable delivery of documents, packages, and shipments around the world.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and review of our enterprise-level solution that aligns with our strategic architecture goals. You will provide mentorship and coaching to other architects, offering innovative ideas to enhance existing systems39 value and cost-effectiveness. Acting as a technical and functional leader, you will collaborate with full stack scrum teams to define application roadmaps, ensuring alignment between IT and business objectives. You will participate in architecture reviews, guide compliance with InfoSec standards, and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders through effective communication and stakeholder management.
Qualifications & Competencies (education, skills, experience):

Bachelor39s degree in computer science, engineering, information Systems and/or equivalent formal training or work experience
10 years equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment
12 years of experience in Salesforce development and 5 years of designing and solutioning
Skilled on Salesforce platforms, its configuration and development processes
Salesforce certificated: Preference for Application Architect, Technical Architect
Enterprise Architecture: TOGAF, ArchiMate, Microservices, Event-Driven, SOA, Serverless, Cloud Security
Cloud Platforms & Infrastructure: Salesforce, Azure, SaaS
AI/ML & Digital Transformation: Salesforce GenAI
Programming Languages & Frameworks: Java/J2EE, JavaScript, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Spring, Hibernate, JPA, Angular, APIs, swagger
DevSecOps & CI/CD: GitHub, Jenkins, SonarQube
Testing & Automation: Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, Mockito, Continuous testing integration with CI/CD pipelines
IDEs & Design Tools: Sparx Enterprise Architect, Visio, UML
Caching & Database: Salesforce, Oracle, MySQL
Familiar with important concepts such as Copado CI/CD, Test Driven Development and DevOps
Knowledge of TOGAF is plus
Good knowledge of other cloud platforms is a plus
Working experience in Agile methodologies
Have skills to translate enterprise strategies to teams
Have the ability to explain complex technical solutions to nontechnical stakeholders
Creative, passionate and brings innovative ideas
Have a very strong drive to expand your knowledge, gain new insights and stay up to date with the latest IT market trends
