Opis stanowiska podany przez pracodawcę:
- Actively acquiring new Customers including telephone surveys,
- Developing a customer base with real transport needs,
- Working to company standards using the company's own CRM system according to an established process,
- Effective work on transport exchanges (knowledge of transport exchanges is not required, we teach this during the implementation).
Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:
- Experience in broadly defined sales or telephone customer service,
- A high level of Customer Experience,
- Knowledge of English on a communicative level (B1/B2),
- Ability to work under time pressure and achieve sales targets.
