We’re looking specialist to:We are seeking an experienced Restful API Consultant to guide customers through the onboarding and integration process of our Client API services. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of RESTful APIs, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client needs and translate technical requirements into actionable solutions. As an onboarding consultant, you will work closely with both internal teams and external customers, ensuring a seamless API implementation and providing technical guidance throughout the integration lifecycle.Department: Customer TechnologyReports to: Manager Information Technology

Key Responsibilities:• Customer Onboarding and Support: o Lead the onboarding process for customers, guiding them through Client API integration and implementation.o Collaborate with customer developers, IT teams, and technical stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure successful Client API deployment.

• API Integration and Configuration: o Assist customers in setting up and configuring Client API connections, ensuring compatibility and performance optimization.o Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the integration process, liaising with internal teams as needed.o Conduct validation, and quality assurance for Client API integrations to ensure all systems function correctly and meet customer and Client requirements.

What we expect from you:• Experience: o 2+ years of experience in API onboarding, technical support, or a similar customer-facing technical role.o Proven experience as an API onboarding consultant, technical support engineer, or similar role.o Prior experience working in customer-facing roles, preferably in a tech environment.

• Technical Skills: o Strong knowledge and experience working with RESTful APIs, including API design, integration, and troubleshooting.o Familiarity with API protocols and standards such as HTTP, JSON, OAuth, and SOAP.o Experience with API documentation tools like Swagger, Insomnia, or similar platforms.

• Soft Skills: o Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.o Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to issue resolution. o Ability to manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

• Language Proficiency: o Fluent in English/German, English/French, and English/Italian, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate technical concepts in each language.
