Join Our Team as a Project Manager!Are you passionate about project management and ready to take on a new challenging role at new R&D centre in the centre of Cracow? We are looking for a dedicated Project Manager to join and supporting our Client - manufacturing company.
Your Tasks:

Project Execution: Take responsibility for the execution of projects throughout their entire lifecycle, including after-sales and service.
Coordination: control and coordinate projects within all involved departments to achieve cost, time, and quality targets.
Planning & Tracking: Maintain and share integrated planning and tracking for all company products and projects.
Efficiency: Increase efficiency and effectiveness in project execution.
Leadership: Lead and execute strategic and hands-on projects with cross-cultural teams across multiple sites.
Design Review: Support the formal design review process by maintaining and developing the framework and monitoring relevant deliverables.
Program View: Support the creation of the company program view, including all project management aspects, showing interdependencies between projects and highlighting critical paths or issues.

Your Profile:

Degree in Project Management, Engineering, or Economics with a proven track record in project management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise between technical and commercial teams and internal and external customers.
Experience with establishing and developing project management processes within an organization and implementing them in the IT landscape.
Excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
