We’re looking for a Front-End Developer (HTML/CSS Layout Specialist) to join our marketing team to help us promote GanttPRO, create effective landing pages, and support digital marketing materials.

• Develop and maintain marketing landing pages and multi-page websites
• Adapt existing pages for mobile devices and improve their performance
• Set up and customize the blog on WordPress and Help Center (zendesk)
• Code and integrate web banners, promo blocks, and other graphic materials
• Collaborate with designers and marketers to implement visual concepts
• Introduce technical improvements to optimize page load speed and SEO

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

• 1+ years of experience in front-end development
• Experience in responsive and cross-browser layout (HTML5, CSS3)
• Experience working with design mockups in Figma
• Experience with JavaScript
• Experience with WordPress: theme customization and basic plugin adjustments
• Basic knowledge of Git

• Experience with PUG or other template engines, basic knowledge of Node.js
• Basic skills in customizing WordPress via PHP
• Experience in website speed optimization (Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights)
• Understanding of SEO principles in front-end development
• Experience with interface animations using CSS or JavaScript
• Work permit in Poland

Firma oferuje:

• Month 1: Learn the product; get to know the team, processes, and marketing stack; dive into the website and blog structure; complete your first landing page layout tasks.
• Month 3: Develop new landing pages and optimize existing ones; implement improvements to boost loading speed and usability. understand and fix issues in blog and help center.
• Month 6: Take part in planning new marketing projects; actively collaborate with designers and content managers to launch campaigns and update marketing materials. Fully support blog and help center.
