As a Marketing Analyst PMO you will join Federal Express Corporation (FedEx Express) - the world39s largest express transportation company. FedEx Express39 global transportation network ensures fast, reliable delivery of documents, packages, and shipments around the world.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing a profound understanding of customer base in support of delivering more effective marketing activities
- Delivering insight through analysis to drive key business decisions or to address specific business questions
- Being involved with customer strategy development in conjunction with other marketing groups to improve customer profitability
- Developing and managing reporting of KPI’s to provide metrics that are to be used to feed back into analysis and tools to influence future strategies
- Developing a thorough understanding of the end-to-end process for configuring new pricing and rate services, ensuring efficient implementation and coordination across teams
- Managing projects and coordinating all deployment activities work closely with cross-functional teams (including pricing, marketing, and IT) to ensure successful delivery and communication of new pricing logic and service changes
What you39ll need to succeed
- Project management skills and experience in coordinating and leading cross-functional efforts, effectively managing timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets, identify patterns, and provide actionable insights that drive commercial actions
- Expertise in Data Analysis Tools
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and platforms such as Databricks or Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI to analyze and present data.
- Excellent skills in creating clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with the ability to interact effectively throughout various functional groups and hierarchical levels
- Very good planning and organisational skills
- Process thinking capabilities
- Excellent knowledge of English is a must (working language)
