We are looking for enthusiastic Junior KYC Representatives to join our team! If you have up to 1 year of experience and are fluent in Polish and English (C1), we want to hear from you. 📞💬
Position Details:

• Experience: Up to 1 year in customer service 🕐
• Language: Fluent Polish and English (C1)
• Location: Anywhere in Poland (100% remote work) 🌍

Responsibilities:

• Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks and verifications 🕵️‍♂️
• Review and verify customer documentation for accuracy and compliance 📄
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and verifications 📝
• Assist in the identification and reporting of suspicious activities related to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) 💼
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements 🤝

Requirements:

• Up to 1 year of customer service experience 🕐
• Proficiency in Polish and English (C1)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills 🗣️🧩
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment 🏡
• Experience in KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) departments is a plus 🕵️‍♂️💼
