We are looking for a Junior Customer Service Specialist with fluent German. This is a hybrid position, with one day a week in the office.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide excellent customer service and support 🌟
- Handle incoming calls from customers, with occasional outgoing calls 📞
- Assist customers with banking services, including account management, account closures, data verification, and document completion 🏦
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions 📝
Requirements:
- Fluent German
- Proficiency in English

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment 🏡
