Tasks:
- Providing expert guidance on flight options, fares, and travel services tailored to customer needs
- Managing bookings, including changes and special requests, with care and efficiency
- Assisting users with navigating our website.
- Handling diverse customer inquiries through phone, email, and digital platforms with professionalism and empathy
Requirements:
- Fluency in both German and English (B2/C1 level or higher)
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and confident telephone manner
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service experiences
- A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the airline or travel industry is a plus, but not essential
