Junior AP Accountant with German
Kraków

Responsibilities:

• Review and process incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Prepare and execute payments to vendors, including checks, electronic transfers, and other payment methods
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all accounts payable transactions
• Communicate with vendors regarding payment inquiries, discrepancies, and other related issues

Qualifications and skills (mandatory):

• English - B2
• German - B2
• Numeric skills with good attention to details
• Educational accounting background or experience in finance/accounting positions (i.e. internships)

Nice to have (optional):

• SAP experience
• Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivots)
