We are looking for enthusiastic Junior Accounts Payable Representatives to join our team! If you have up to 1 year of experience and are fluent in German, we want to hear from you. 📞💬
Position Details:

Experience: Up to 1 year in accounts payable or a related field 🕐
Language: Fluent German
Salary: 6000 – 7000 PLN gross 💰
Contract: Employment contract (umowa o pracę) 📄

Responsibilities:

Process and verify invoices and payments 📄
Maintain accurate records of transactions and financial data 📝
Communicate with vendors and resolve any discrepancies 🗣️
Assist in month-end closing activities 📅
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures ✅

Requirements:

Up to 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a related field 🕐
Proficiency in German
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills 🧩
Ability to work independently in a remote environment 🏡
Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus 📊
