Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries in German via emails, phone calls and chat
- Resolving issues and providing information about financial services
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the highest quality of customer service
- Updating and maintaining the customer database
- Adhering to company procedures and standards
- Fluent in German (B2/C1) and good command of English (B2)
- Experience in Customer Service (more than 12 months is an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team and solve problems independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
