We are looking for a dynamic and communicative individual for the position of Customer Service Specialist with German.
The person in this role will be responsible for:
- Providing professional customer service to German-speaking clients
- Resolving issues and providing information about products and services
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure the highest quality of service
- Maintaining documentation and reporting activities
- Fluent knowledge of German (B2/C1)
- Experience in customer service is an additional advantage
- Ability to work in a team and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Stable employment based on an employment contract
