AP Accountant (afternoon shifts)

For our Client, SSC Company on Krakow market we are looking for a candidate to position of AP Accountant. We are looking for a person available for afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure invoices are scanned and entered into the system.
• Process and match purchase order invoices.
• Monitor and resolve issues in the invoice workflow system.
• Investigate and escalate invoices needing further review before posting.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients.
• Investigate and respond to payment-related issues or inquiries.
• Identify opportunities for improving invoice processing efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with accounts payable policies and internal controls.
• Monitor and release blocked invoices for payment when appropriate.

Requirements:

• +2 years of experience in AP process
• University degree (Economics, Business Administration, Finance or related will be an asset)
• Very good knowledge of English (C1)
• Availability to work 2nd shift (work starts at 2:00 pm)
• Good analytical skills and knowledge of SAP and Excel
• Ability to enhance process and controls
• Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
• Strong interpersonal skills and proactive team work approach
• Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
