We are looking for skilled Process Engineer for one of our clients- an international transportation company.

In your new role, you will:

• Perform diverse assigned engineering responsibilities across multiple operational locations.
• Identify the need for and undertake engineering initiatives in order to support local operational goals.
• Provide technical expertise and ongoing support to cross –functional project teams as required.
• Utilise modelling tools to translate volumes and assumptions into accurate and realistic resource and productivity plans.
• Determine operation’s targets and works with established methods and best practices to model established operations. 
• Participate in the development of strategic plans by acting as the key party/local subject-matter expert for a specific location/area. 
• Communicate new plans to local management ensuring understanding and implementation support.
• Utilise all available sources to keep abreast of new/changing technologies and methodologies in the marketplace related to own area of responsibility. 
• Conduct independent audits focusing on defined areas and/or participate in audit project teams focusing on specific operational areas or locations.
• Act as a subject-matter expert to senior management in operations and P&E. 
• Lead and undertake specific specialised studies.
• Develop procedures and operative manuals
• Prepare and present reports
• Perform cost and benefit analysis

What you39ll need to succeed 

• Degree or professional qualification in Industrial Engineering or quantitative discipline;
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken;
• Desirable additional knowledge on: supply chain or Logistics, process engineering, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, digital knowledge and UX/UI, knowledge management, training (operations, administrative) and knowledge sharing
• High skills in business process modelling, MS SharePoint/SharePoint Hub, Visualisation and Content Creation, MS PowerAutomate, Power FX, MS PowerBi and MS Excel (Formulas, Dynamic Charts, Macros, Pivot, etc)
• Excellent communication skills
• A flexible approach to work, including the ability to work independently.
• Availability to travel to other locations during operating hours on an intermittent basis (as agreed with management)
