We are thrilled to anounce great news form Katowice market - we are starting to build from the scratch new IT Hub in Katowice. Our Client is a global producer of sustainable stainless steel, whose main target is to reduce carbon footprint 10,000,000 tonnes annually. We are seeking for dynamic and hands-on Senior/ Mid Power BI Developer, who will be a key player in the delivery of data products and the developeny or Power BI reports and dasboards. This role is actively involved in our Client's Data Strategy implementation delivering data products that support their business.

We are seeking for dynamic and hands-on Senior/ Mid Power BI Developer, who will be a key player in the delivery of data products and the developeny or Power BI reports and dasboards. This role is actively involved in our Client's Data Strategy implementation delivering data products that support their business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving the design and implementation of sophisticated Power BI reports and dashboards.
  • Collaboration with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
  • Providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
  • Ensuring the best practices in data visualization and report development.
  • Optimization and maintenance of existing Power BI solutions to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.
  • Promoting data literacy and empower business users to leverage self-service analytics.

The perfect Candidate:

* Has min. 3+ years of experience in PowerBI development and business analysis.

* Has proven experience in leading the development of complex reports

* Is proficient in SQL and data modeling

* Communicates in English at min. B2 level

* Worked with data coming from SAP system and Azure DataBricks

* Experience with meta data management (Data Catalog)

* Is Experienced with DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) and M (Power Query Formula Language), ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.

* Possesses skills in Python, R and other programming languages are considered as a plus

* Nice to have - experience with Power Platform and Power Apps

* Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills and has proactive attitude to work

* Possesses excellent communication and organizational skills.

* Possesses Polish or EU citizenship

The Client offers:

  • Possiblity of taking part in building form the scrach completly new structures in freshly opened IT Hub in Katowice;

The perfect Candidate:

* Has min. 3+ years of experience in PowerBI development and business analysis.

* Has proven experience in leading the development of complex reports

* Is proficient in SQL and data modeling
