Hays IT Contracting is a cooperation based on B2B rules. We connect IT specialists with the most interesting, technological projects on the market. For our client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of IT Business Analyst.
 
Work mode:  100% remote  
Compensation:  up to 80 PLN/h net (+ VAT) 
Contract type:  B2B, through Hays PolandStart date:  ASAPContract length: first contract up to 6 months (+ extensions) 
English:  C1

Requirements:

• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
• You have first experience as an observer and a desire to develop into an independent facilitator of Product Discovery workshops.
• You have hands-on experience in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• You have experience in the Lean approach, the Kanban method, product roadmap and creating user stories.
• Knowledge of PM and BA tools (JIRA, Confluence) is nothing new to you.
• You have the ability to read and understand basic diagrams (BPMN and/or UML).
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with both clients and product teams.
• You communicate fluently in English - min. C1.
• Knowledge and ability to apply MVP, INVEST, DoR, DoD.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with and actively support the product team, Project Manager and PO.
• Gather business requirements and support clients in defining the product vision and understanding user needs.
• Get to know the client39s domain and deal with documentation analysis.
• Translate and redefine business requirements into specifications, write requirements in the form of user stories.
• Manage product backlog and roadmap.
• Conduct Product Discovery workshops.
• Manage stakeholders (especially clients) and relationships with them throughout the product development process.
• Suggest improvements and new functionalities for the developed products to clients.
