Responsibilities:
- Focus on customer satisfaction
- Managing orders in the internal system
- Checking status of shipments
- Answer complaints and analyse the cause
- Addressing queries to the right person
- Coordination of orders, transport and external suppliers
- Enter data into the CRM
- Cooperation with Team Leader and other departments
- Working with the internal compliances, procedures and policies
- Process customer orders accurately with zero errors
Requirements:
- German - min. B2+
- English - B2
- Customer Service experience
- Communication skills
Nice to have / optional:
- Microsoft Office (Excel) package
- ERP experience
