IT Support with Swedish/Norwegian

Our client, company which supports their partners in terms of IT Infrastructure, looking for IT Support with Swedish/Norwegian language. 

Responsibilities:

• Delivering IT support for user-reported issues
• Communicating with Norwegian-speaking users via phone and email
• Monitoring services and identifying recurring problems
• Creating and maintaining documentation, procedures, and routines
• Compiling statistics and reporting to supervisors
• Managing IT assets, including procurement, configuration, and deployment

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Polish, English, and Norwegian/Swedish
• Experience in troubleshooting software issues (Windows, Office, SharePoint)
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware issues (computers and peripherals
• Exceptional communication skills and a problem-solving mindset

Nice to have:

• Basic IT administration skills (AAD)
• Basic asset management skills
• ITIL Foundation certification
