- Providing the highest level of customer service (phone/e-mail) in fin-tech industry;
- Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:
- Language: Proficiency in German (C1) and basic English (A2);
- Experience: Cool if you have experience in sales;
- Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
- Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.
- Ability to prioritize and plan;
- Independence AND ability to work with minimal supervision;
- Ability to solve problems;
- Attention to detail;
- Sales skills;
- Soft skills.
