YOUR ROLE

Do you have experience in IT? Well, you may be the IT Professional (Senior Super User) we are looking for.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Support during implementation of the WMS system in the warehouse;
Providing IT support for end users of the WMS system (advise, problem-solving);
Provide assistance to users of the operation system and installed software;
Supporting business projects and implementing changes as required;
IT support in the implementation of global initiatives;
Cooperation with other departments to adapt IT solutions to the standards of the organization;
Manage relationship with an international IT team. - managing / correcting WMS issues,
- investigating WMS issues
- resolving EDI communications enquiries,
- identification of WMS systems improvement
- preparation of CRs
- executing UATs
- communicating with AY in terms of IT issues and improvement
