Procurement Sourcing Specialist with German

For one of our clients, the medical care sector, we are looking for a person to fill the position of Procurement Sourcing Specialist with German.

Responsibility :
• Vendor selection activities and management of formal strategic sourcing processes; identification of suppliers
• Price and contract negotiations, in line with business stakeholders and sourcing functions
• Resolving quality, delivery or other issues in close collaboration with local and regional stakeholders
• Comparing bids and developing a detailed cost breakdown assessment
• Ensuring full documentation and price retention at each sourcing project closure
• Assessing supplier financial stability and managing supplier risk as needed, taking into account local plans, regulations and specificities

Expectations :
• Min. 2 years of experience in international purchasing
• Knowledge of industry rules and regulations in force in the European Union (desirable)
• Creative approach to problem-solving
• Conducts negotiations to obtain good results, including optimal financial and operational results
• Cooperation in creating and managing contracts in accordance with legal standards
• Project management skills, good work organisation
• Develops and applies a methodology for selecting, negotiating, concluding contracts and implementing contracts with suppliers in order to reduce the total costs of purchased products
• Effective communication skills Good knowledge of German and English
