Opis stanowiska podany przez pracodawcę:

• To liaise with the project teams and provision of commercial advice with regard to prime and subcontract issues and reporting during Contract execution,
• To support project teams in the negotiation with clients, contractors and subcontractors to achieve project objectives,
• Preparing and accomplishing negotiations concerning contract variations and deviations with the clients and/or subcontractors,
• Reviewing and drafting of contractual notices and communications
• Management of contractual claims from initial stage to settlement.
• Management and administration of all contractual forms including bonds, guarantees, warranties, etc.
• Provision of support to other ad hoc project requirements as necessary
• Preparing subcontractor contracts and negotiation about the contracts with the 3rd part suppliers and subcontactors

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in an Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of related experience.
• Advanced level of English.
• Experience in different contract types (i.e. lump sum, unit price, cost plus fee etc.)
• Experience in an EPC Contractor, Client, PM Consultant or General Contractor organization.
• Experience in the review, evaluation, drafting, negotiation and management of contracts and subcontracts
• Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Polish. 
• In-depth knowledge of the policies, procedures and objectives in the construction field.
