Your new company

is a Nordic energy company, focusing on generating and selling electricity, heat, and steam, utilizing renewable energy sources such as hydro, nuclear, and solar power. Currently, for the IT Hub in Wrocław, we are looking for a Data Engineer, who will be part of an international team.

Your new role

Design and implement data solutions, pipelines and infrastructure defined in the product backlogs
Identify, design and implement internal process improvements
Transform complicated business problems into data pipelines
Contribute to the development, operation and architectural design of data platforms
Actively find ways to learn from team members and stakeholders, and share knowledge beneficial to the team

What you39ll need to succeed

Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or comparable skills
Hands on experience on AWS, developing integrations and data processing pipelines
Spark, Pandas and ML experience
Understanding agile software processes, data-driven development, and data security concepts
Highly motivated and proactive mentality towards responsibilities
Willingness and ability to learn more and grow in the role and beyond
Strong communication and presentation skills in Polish and English (written and oral)
* Ability to explain complex things to people outside IT organization
* Well-organized and structured working style
* Good team player also when working partially in remote mode
* Target-driven mindset
