Opis stanowiska podany przez pracodawcę:

• Introduce aAxle production launch at system level (complete eAxle: motor, inverter, reducer, park lock actuator) .
• Lead the concepts of the System Engineering Methodology/ Development Plan at R&D department level.
• Develop integration test scripts, track integration test effort and results and record test status, prepare requirements and validation reports.
• Conduct qualification, verification, and validation tests, define corrective actions.
• Resolving incidents, issues and providing bug fixes.
• Develop the system accordingly to client's and A-Spice Engineering Methodology standards.
• Support the project team member for system implementation and keep a critical eye regarding it.

Wymagania stawiane pracownikowi:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in System Engineering in automotive or industrial applications.
• Proficiency in English and Polish.
• An engineer’s or master’s degree.
• Knowledge of modeling/simulation tools and requirement management tools.
• Knowledge of functional analysis/control software based on Vector solutions ( CANoe, CANalyser).
• A strong communicator and passionate about achieving the right solution for every customer.
• Willingness to work with international teams. 
• Very good written and verbal communication skills.
