***** Main responsibilities:

* analysis of customers" rules and requirements to ensure they are
logical and able to be automated using the master data/documents
provided
* considering and reviewing the impact of any requested changes and
new requests on the overall integrity of the client solution and
the client's platform, escalating any concerns
* providing time estimates for required automation configuration
activities
* monitoring the project schedule, ensuring time is managed
appropriately, and PMs are updated on progress or challenges
* configuration of customer automation solutions using internal
software and portals
* testing of client solutions against provided requirements


***** Position requirements:

* minimum 1-2 years of experience on similar position
* basic knowledge in computer science, programming (if statements, for
loops) in ANY language - understanding the code
* understanding of block diagrams
* analytical thinking
* experience with data management on admin applications
* basic knowledge of most common file extensions/formats
* problem-solving approach
* ability to communicate clearly and concisely
* evidence of ability to work with logic-based tools, such as mapping
software or programming experience


***** Nice to have:

* familiarity with RPA used for document processing, ERP-systems
* experience with logistics and supply chain processes
* Jira workflows experience
* proficiency in string manipulation
* Computer Science degree or any degree with equivalent computer
education/experience and training
