Hours of Work: Full time on-site
Other: Business trips to EU/US may be required.
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: 9 months (with possible extension)
We're looking for a creative Web designer/Frontend developer to become
a member of the core team developing a new access management system
for the Web. An ideal candidate would introduce his creativity and own
ideas into our edge-leading software solution and the team itself.
Role:
- design and develop rich user interfaces for Web 2.0 applications for
Java backend
- define the user experience from concept to working application and
create UI/UX deliverables
- pro-actively propose design and implementation solutions based on
own ideas and creativity
- collaborate directly with the team and external partners (EU and US)
on User Experience issues
Desired skills:
- Ability to design and develop rich user-friendly Web 2.0 application
interfaces (with focus on functionality as well as usability and user
experience)
- Industrial experience in working with AJAX, Javascript, Javascript
frameworks (e.g. jQuery), HTML, CSS and related frontend Web
technologies
- High interest in social Web 2.0 applications
- Knowledge of fundamental code development skills: testing, version
control
- Excellent team player with ability to work individually depending on
the problem
- MSc/BSc in Computing Science or related
