***** Responsibilities:

* Work under the direction of the Global Marketing Department to
support and develop website functionality
* Work with internal and external clients to define and clarify
project goals
* Coordinate work with team members (web developers, graphic
designers, content managers)
* Assist with monitoring web analytics and improving search engine
optimization of website
* Monitor, track and report on project status for multiple concurrent
projects
* Seek out opportunities for enhancing existing technology or
implementing new technology
* Report regularly to management and project team members about
project status, changes in scope or schedule etc.
* Specific goals of reaching multivariable objectives of a global
project


***** Must have:

* Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business,
IT or related fields with very high IT knowledge
* Proven 5 years of experience in web project management with a
demonstrated track record of successful implementations: in a
digital scope, producing and/or creating strategic and web
solution
* Experience with scripting languages (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
frameworks, PHP) are desirable
* Know how in leading websites and digital projects (e-commerce,
social media, mobile)
* Experience working with clients on information architecture, UX
usability web, landing page & website layout, wireframes, business
requirements, SEO, social media, and mobile applications
* Proven knowledge of SERP and page optimization experience
* Knowledge in managing server solutions
* Expert in use of CMS's
* Expert in Google environment. Certificates on Google Analytics or
Adwords will be a plus
* Expert knowledge of English language
* Ability to manage multiple resources (front-end and back-end
developers, application developers) across multiple projects under
tight deadlines
* Familiarity with best practices in information architecture and
usability
* Knowledge of current and common technologies and languages for
website and/or mobile development, social media networks and
blogging platforms
* Knowledge of tools supporting teamwork
* Strong customer relationship management skills and proven knowledge
on CRM integrations
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational skills and
team management (proven team management experience)

* SCRUM and / OR AGILE experience
