For our client, an international company, we are currently looking for
the position:

***** HC Operations - PeopleSoft Specialist

***** location: Warszawa

***** Responsibilities:

* Enter/submit international transactions including new hires,
terminations, salary changes, leaves of absence, special payments,
etc. into PeopleSoft.
* Create and generate various data reports from PeopleSoft
* Provide PeopleSoft Training to new HC colleagues in EMEA
* Perform routine data audits
* PeopleSoft data entry for UK payroll


***** Must have:

* Associates degree and/or equivalent work experience
* Knowledge of PeopleSoft System Administration or similar HR
Information System
* Data entry experience required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Highly-organized and detail-oriented
* Ability to multi-task in a high-paced environment
* Self-starter with a strong work ethic and an ability to work with
minimal oversight
* Ability to work collaboratively in a global team in a multicultural
environment
* Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills
* Experience in management consultancy, financial services, and/or a
similar professional services industry will be a plus
* Sense of humour
