product dedicated to such a developing area, the company
invariably expands the area of serviced customers, currently
entering international markets. Due to the continuous development
of our client, we are looking for a person for the position:

***** Position description:

* Guide your development teams to excellence and efficiency by
following agile principles
* Work closely together with the Product Owner to deliver value to our
customers
* Facilitate agile ceremonies and coach the team towards continuous
improvement
* Help to remove impediments, solve conflicts and help maintain the
pace at work
* Promote transparency and information flow throughout the
organization
* Be open to reading and learning new concepts and methods and to
designing experiments to try them out


***** Desired skills & experience:

* At least 2 years of experience working as a Scrum Master or Agile
Coach
* Passionate about all things Agile
* Have a deep understanding of complexity and some of its theories and
frameworks
* You really get communication, group dynamics and coaching
* You are responsible, live agile values and set an example for your
team
* Have a Scrum Master Certification
* Great communicator in English
* Experience in working with many teams
* Experience in international companies with a non-corporate structure
(start-ups are welcome)
