Opis stanowiska:

The Verification Engineer is responsible for the verification of
Acision Products in line with the Acision quality standards and the
best practices.

Testing of the products is focused on analysing product behaviour for
compliance with requirements and covers all activities starting from
test plan and design, test preparation and automation, test execution
and results reporting.
Zakres obowiązków:

Initiative, flexibility and analytical skills are seen as key
qualities in an engineer and are valued as highly as knowledge base.
The work environment is informal and encourages sharing and
development of ideas and knowledge between engineers.

* Preparation of test plan, test design and system test
specifications.
* Development and execution of system tests.
* Automation of testing.
* Development and maintenance of test tools.
* Preparation of test reports.
* Participation in deliverables review.
* Occasionally provide support on site.



Wymagania:

* Experience with Linux/Unix environment.
* Script writing on the UNIX platform (such as Tcl/tk, Perl, Bash,
Python).
* Experience with verification methodologies.
* Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
* Working knowledge of English.

Key skills/competencies:

* University degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Mathematics/
Physics or equivalent.
* Practical experience with networking devices - routing/switching,
firewalls, Cisco.
* Understanding of network standards, protocols and architecture (such
as ISO/OSI, TCP/IP, SS7, IEEE802.x, X.25, Ethernet).
* Basic knowledge of at least one common programming language (C, C++,
Java, ...).
* Knowledge of SQL basics.
