Software Developer -- Technology

C#.net Junior to mid level .net developer. The principal
responsibilities of this position are to assist in the system
development of LiDAC.com. This individual will assume the unique
challenge in writing software that benefits many clients in the tri-
state area.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with the President of the company and Director of Technology to
define requirements and develop technical specifications
Communicate effectively to ensure that all business requirements are
being assessed and addressed to ensure development projects meet or
exceed performance targets
Participate in all activities accordingly to ensure on time
deliverables are met including day-to-day planning and coordination
with testing, developing, project management, and business
representation.
Drive full life-cycle product development
Collaborate with business owners to solidify requirements
Implement best practices for software development and documentation
and ensure designs meet requirements; deliver high quality work on
tight schedules

Technical requirements:
Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
Must be a team player. Good to have a sociable demeanor, capable of
building and maintaining relationships.
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and
provide rapid deliverables.
Minimum 2 (preferred 4) years of current experience in programming,
analysis, and design with C# and/or VB.NET.
Experience in software development in relational database (MS SQL
Server preferred) environments.
Research and recommend next-generation programming languages and
tools. Keep up with new software technologies.
Must have a good understanding of Object Oriented Programming(OOP).
Familiar with all phases on the Software Development Lifecycle(SDLC).
Ability to multi-task and work on multiple project assignments,
simultaneously.
