Test Analyst

Responsibilities:



oCreating and running functional tests and end-to-end system
integration tests
oCreating, and managing a system test plan for individual projects
oManaging mitigation strategies for any risks
oReviewing and checking all test output,
oAudit test execution processes
oGiving appropriate feedback to individual testers;
oContinuous review of the testing processes
oCompletion of an overall system test strategy for each test project
or release of software.
oEnsure effective maintenance and management of the team's test
assets,
oAssess the impact and testing risk of software changes.


Requirements:

oProven experience gained in a system test role, preferably within the
financial services industry
oHigher education
oVery good knowledge of English
oWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office.
oExcellent communication skills
oGood client focus with the ability to build positive effective
relationships.
oAbility to plan for both long term and short term projects.
oAbility to work effectively under pressure.
oStrong negotiating skills.
oProven use of problem solving skills
