Packaging ( UPP ) based in BEIJING, China. The services range of UPP are from
packaging design to Ad. Design and packaging material printing. Currently, UPP
is seeking suitable candidate for following position: Creative Director,
Graphic / Packaging Designer

Creative Director: Manage the Design team.

1. You will be responsible for setting direction and meeting with Executive
clients
in determining their marketing strategies ,
2. Responsible for the Design workflow process and be able to change/improve it
to meet the business objectives.
3..Work with the Designers on developing their skills and achieve their
goals/objectives.

4.Responsible for all design milestones and ensure 100% on-time delivery.

5.Responsible for designing Corporate Label packaging and Promotion
advertisement that is required by the business.

6.Represent the Design team and address any major issues with the product
teams, suppliers or anyone else in the business.

7. You are experienced in package design and promotional graphics and strong
with the "creative" business.

8. You are high energy.

9.The candidate must be deadline oriented and must enjoy working in a fast
paced environment.


Packaging / Graphic Designer:

1. You will join a team of designers focused on developing exciting creative
design.

2. You will develop original creative and build around existing graphic
elements.

3. Maintain design quality as per standards set by the Creative Director.

Must Have Skills for both position:

1. College degree in Graphic Design or equivalent.

2. Minimum of 5 years experience in Package Design, Graphic Design for Creative
Director and Minimum of 3 years experience for Packaging / Graphic Designer.

3. working knowledge of MAC platform with emphasis on Adobe Illustrator,
Photoshop

4. Good English inter communication skill needed.

Nice to Have Skills:

Keen eye for visual balance and Design esthetics.

Understanding of basic Marketing principles
