Potrzebuję 3 ludzi dla poniższych projektów SAP;

4. Logistik consulting

Need: several SAP SD/MM consultants

Language: Polish, German and (or) English

Location: First weeks in Germany, biggest part in Poland (Lublin)

Start: couple of weeks

Duration: 4-8 months



5. PP programming

Need: several PP programmers

Language: Polish or English

Branch skills: Metal branch (forging as best)

Location: Poland

Start: February 2006

Duration: 1-3 years (!)Interview: has to take place in Vienna due to
customer specific requirements



1. Banking Analysts:

- Number of People: 4.

- Responsibilities:

a. Working for project managers to discover, document, and manage business

requirements.

b. Analysing current business processes and engineer them, if needed. -

Skills:

a. Strong and up-to-date banking experience (8+ y) in major banks. b.

Subject area certificates are preferred.

b. Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. c.

Experience in using Requirement Management tools, especially Doors. d.

Experience in business process management tools is a plus.

e. Good technical knowledge (SDLC, RDBMS, J2EE application servers,

hardware, networking, security, etc.)



An analyst is required for each one of the following areas:

a. Retail channels: Branches, phone banking, and internet.

b. Operations: SWIFT, and trade finance.

c. Cards: Debit and credit cards. Chip cards (EMV) experience is a

definite advantage.

d. Credit: Retail and corporate lending, and credit risk.



2. Architect:

- Responsibilities:

a. Planning the evolution of our architecture to be J2EE Service Oriented.

b. Deciding on how new applications fit in our functional, applications,

and infrastructure architectures.

c. Owning our iner-application integration blue print.

d. Putting controls for the design and integration of new systems. -

Skills:

a. Strong (5+ y) J2EE hands-on skills.

b. Working experience in migrating banks to J2EE SOA.

c. Experience in Oracle J2EE and Tuxedo is a plus.

d. Wide banking exposure: Familiar with retail, corporate, treasury,

investment, and cards systems.

e. Strong infrastructure (networking, hardware, and unix), security, and

banking applications exposure.

f. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Innovative, self-driven

person.



3. QA Manager:

- Responsibilities:

a. Moving the team to higher CMM levels.

b. Identifying deficiencies in our processes and recommending

improvements.

c. Monitoring Project Managers' compliance with controls.

d. Monitoring system defects levels and identifying root causes and

solutions.

- Skills:

a. 8+ y in software development QA.

b. Successful results in leading development teams for CMM certification.

c. Strong knowledge and experience in Rapid Application Development

methods and tools (project management, requirement management, version

control, testing automation, etc.)

d. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Innovative, self-driven

person.




1) Miejsca pracy SAP-Polska, Bankowość - nie Europa

2) Od zaraz, Czas trwania projektu: Bankowość - 6m-c z możliwością
przedłużenia, SAP-1 4-8 m-c, SAP-2 1-3 lat

3) Liczba wakatów na poszczególne stanowiska - Minimum 1, zależy nam na
specjalistach spełniających kryteria
