Stanowisko: Web Infrastructure Specialist (Technical Specialist) - Nr ref. (04/15)


opis:The main purpose of the Technical Specialist's role is:
* to provide input to the development, maintenance and support of specific customer
infrastructure systems and associated software and
* to ensure that the service provided to customers meets the established Service
Level Agreements and quality standards.


wymagane umiejętności:IIS, ISA, Websense


wymagania:* Good knowledge of IIS application, ISA servers and Websense software
* Very good English (both written and spoken)
* Methodical and disciplined approach to work, ability to organise and prioritise
work in an effective manner
* Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work well in a team
* Good analytical skills and an ability to define the precise nature of problems
* Ability to give specific and clear instructions and problem-solving advice
* Experience of working in project teams, as a member and leading projects
* Ability to provide front line supervision and coaching to staff
* Ability to appraise and quality assure the work produced by others
* Ability to work under pressure
