Stanowisko: Middleware Specialist (Technical Specialist) - Nr ref. (04/16)


opis:The main purpose of the Middleware Specialist role is:
* to provide input to the maintenance and support of specific customer Middleware
applications and
* to ensure that the service provided to customers, meets the established Service
Level Agreements and quality standards


wymagane umiejętności:Apache, Tomcat, Websphere,


wymagania:* Good knowledge of Apache Tomcat, WebSphere, MQ and WebLogic
* Very good command of English (both written and spoken)
* Methodical and disciplined approach to work, ability to organise and prioritise
work in an effective manner
* Good analytical skills, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail and an
ability to define the precise nature of customer problems
* Ability to give specific and clear instructions and problem-solving advice
* Experience of working in project teams, as a member and leading projects
* Ability to contribute to the definition and structuring of projects
* Ability to provide front line supervision and coaching to staff
* Ability to appraise and quality assure the work produced by others
* Ability to work under pressure
