Stanowisko: Java Technical Lead- Nr ref. (02/60)


opis:* Leads a team responsible for developing, coding, testing and debugging new
highly complex software solutions or enhancements to existing software in a
maintenance capacity;
* Provides direction for entire project or a project team;
* Has good understanding of business application;
* Works with technical staff to understand problems with software and resolve them;
* Resolves customer complaints with software and responds to suggestions for
improvements and enhancements;
* May assist in development of software technical documentation;
* May create optimization programs to resolve problems;
* May design and build prototype applications;
* Leads design and coding of applications using routine and/or advanced technology;
* May create optimization programs to resolve problems;

* May oversee product development;
* Applies and introduces industry best engineering practices;
* Analyze, debug and/or assist in problem solving in both development and productio


wymagane umiejętności:Java EE technogies, Agile/Iterative


wymagania:* Previous experience leading a team of software developers;
* 5+ years experience in software development in Java;
* Expert level knowledge of Java EE technologies;
* Experience in monitoring and improving performance of complex applications;
* Comprehensive knowledge in Agile/Iterative methodologies like Scrum/XP/Lean;
* Expert in OOA/OOD and UML ;
* Experience working with global teams;
* Excellent knowledge of java programming language and java application servers
containers development technologies including WEB UI development using JSP, Ajax,
YUI, jQuery etc,;
* Spring framework, Hibernate, Rules Engines, web services integration (CXF);
* Good knowledge of scripting language (shell scripting, perl, groovy etc.).

Additional job requirements:
* Automated test tools and TDD;
* Data caching methodology and libraries (ehCache, Terracota, Oracle Coherence etc.).
